Wendy Elaine Nelles to speak at Norfolk Authors' Book Fair and will help promote Write! Canada and The Word Guild

Wendy Elaine Nelles, one of our Write! Canada 2013 faculty members and Curriculum Team advisors who helped plan the conference, will be promoting Write! Canada and The Word Guild this weekend at the Norfolk Authors' Book Fair at the Lighthouse Festival Theatre in Port Dover, Ont. This event has FREE admission. She's a featured speaker, and will give a 30-minute talk on Saturday April 6 at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday April 7 at 2:30 p.m. about "Writing true stories that won't bore your readers."

Wendy is co-founder of The Word Guild, and the previous conference director from 2002-2010. This year at Write! Canada, she'll be teaching a workshop titled "Without Story, Nothing Else Matters" and meeting with attendees for manuscript critiques. If you live in southwestern Ontario and would enjoy a drive to picturesque Port Dover on the north shore of Lake Erie, Wendy would be happy to meet you, and  talk to you about Write! Canada and The Word Guild. She'll also have a book table with the two Hot Apple Cider anthologies, showcasing 60 members of The Word Guild.
